What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique.
The I AM Yoga Method of Yoga Nidra is based on the ancient teachings of Yoga. We use a series of mindfulness and relaxation techniques to access deep layers and subtle levels of consciousness.

And — it’s also one of the
easiest ways to meditate!

In this practice, you invite your body to be still

and follow the instructions. Yoga Nidra can melt away stress & heal you at all levels as you relax & re-set.

Before the practice, we’ll take a few minutes to make sure that you have all the props you need for your body to be comfortable for about 30-45 minutes, usually in a reclined position, or seated. Even if you fall asleep, you still get the benefits. You can’t do it wrong!
