Reiki is a gentle and safe energy healing technique that helps cleanse, balance, and restore the body’s own energy field. Reiki Is known to increase relaxation and help us to navigate our emotions more effectively. It is often used to reduce physical and emotional stress aiding the body, mind and spirit in the natural healing process to achieve a state of overall wellbeing.

I was guided to study with many Teachers, Energy Healers, Shamans, and Yogis and I’m so grateful to be blessed with each and every experience. I was drawn to Energy Healing as a way of helping myself and others be bearers of the light and bring wellness to their lives and reveal the healer within each of us. I am passionate about being in service and bringing conscious awareness, compassion and Divine Fire to my practice.
